Research 101 provides an overview of key concepts in health research. It is primarily intended for patients and families, or those without a formal background in research. In this module, which is Part 1, we will introduce you to patient-oriented health research and the key players involved.
In this module, users will learn about:
- Definitions of health research and patient-oriented research
- The value of patient engagement in health research
- Key players in health research
- The difference between a research participant and a research partner
This module will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
